A business centre is situated on the ground floor in the main reception area of the CTICC.

Conference Registration Counter

The conference counter will be located on the ground floor of the CTICC.

Conference Language

The official language of the 35th IGC is English. Simultaneous translations will not be provided.

Final Programme and Abstracts

The final programme will be published prior to the conference. Delegates will receive a copy of the final programme at a glance together with the conference material on site. All information will be available through the website, please ensure you visit regularly to receive updated information

Letter of Invitation

On receipt of payment, the conference organisers will send a formal letter of invitation to those delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. However, it does not imply a commitment from the conference organisers to provide any financial support. Letters of invitation may be requested from the congress secretariat no later than two months prior to the event and on request only.

The entry formalities and vaccination requirements for South Africa vary according to the country of origin of delegates. For specific information, please contact your local travel agent or the South African Consulate in your home country.

Please note that the conference fee does not include any insurance. All participants are strongly advised to arrange their own travel insurance. Health and accident insurance, especially, is recommended and must be purchased in the country of origin.
