Rates in ZAR

The exhibition will be held on the entire lower level of the CTICC, spanning all the exhibition halls, foyers, conservatories and restaurants. Two hundred and eighty stands, each measuring 3x3 m², or 204 of various configurations are available. The exhibition space is the ‘floor space’ only, without any prefabricated walls, installations, furniture, carpets, electricity or any other technical supplies. The 3x3 m² fee for an exhibition stand does include one ‘staff registration’ ; 6x3 m² includes two ‘staff registrations’, 6x6 m² includes 4 ‘staff registrations’ and 6x9 m² includes 6 ‘staff registrations’ with access to the exhibition (but NOT to the scientific programme), teas, and lunches, and attendance of the welcome function. Rates exclude VAT.

The congress electronic newsletter will be circulated to over 10 000 existing subscribers and potential delegates in the months leading up to the congress, including the IUGS member associations in various countries. Progressively, congress registrants will be added to the mailing list. The logos of sponsors appear as a clickable button, which leads to the sponsor’s company website.
