ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Should a booking be cancelled less than 90 days (ie: 26 May 2016) prior to arrival, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged for the full stay.
- Should a booking be cancelled less than 60 days (ie: 26 June 2016) prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for the full stay.
- Should booking be cancelled less than 30 days (ie: 26 July 2016) prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee will be charged for the full stay.
- Should the guest check out prior to their departure date – all prepaid money will be non-refundable.
- No Shows will be charged for the full stay.
- Cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by the Housing Agent.
- No refunds due to cancellation can be given after 26 July 2016.

Please send proof of payment to 35igchousing@allevents.co.za. Failure to send proof of payment may result in your booking not being secured.
PLEASE USE YOUR INVOICE NUMBER AS A REFERENCE, NOT YOUR NAME AS THERE MAY BE DUPLICATE NAMES.
- The Housing Agent reserves the right to cancel your booking without prejudice should the payment not be received within 7 working days from time of receipt issued.
- All fees are payable in South African Rand (ZAR) within seven (7) days of invoice. Any short payment resulting from bank charges and/or exchange rate fluctuations will be charged to the attendee.
- The Housing Agent reserves the right to amend the listed rates should the prevailing rate of VAT (currently 14%) be increased or changed. The same applies should any new levy or tax be imposed.
- Accommodation bookings are confirmed once payment has been received in full.
- Attendees are liable for any additional charges incurred during their stay and will be required to provide credit card details on check in, in order to cover such extras.
RESPONSIBILITY
By booking, the attendee agrees, and acknowledges that he/she has no right to claim damage against The Housing Agent should the holding of the Conference be hindered
or prevented by unexpected political; economic events or general force majeure.
DISCLAIMER
Kindly note it is the attendees’ responsibility to review the accommodation provided, the facilities and the conditions in which the booking is offered.
The Housing Agent will not accept any liability for any loss or damage suffered due to unsatisfactory accommodation arrangements made by any attendee.
Please take care when assessing and booking accommodation arrangements.
Any credit card charges made by the Housing Agent will appear on your statement as “Allevents”
Any credit card dispute that requires resolution will result in the accommodation fee being reversed.
If the dispute is found to be a legitimate charge, the accommodation will be re-instated, however a re-application fee of R400 will apply.
