| Geothermal Energy | This session addresses the geothermal reservoir characterization of low and mid enthalpy systems linked to sedimentary basins and graben settings, including laboratory analyses and in-situ field testing of thermo- and petrophysical rock parameters as well as reservoir modelling. We invite presentations on new developments of analytical and numerical tools for identification, operation, stimulation and sustainable utilization of geothermal reservoirs. We also welcome contributions placing emphasis on the assessment of the potential of deep sedimentary basins with respect to geothermal power generation in conjunction with carbon capture and storage (CCS).
