This eight day excursion includes visits to South Africa’s “Big 5” mineral deposits at Cullinan diamond mine, South Deeps gold mine, Thabazmbi iron ore mine, Mogalakwena platinum mine and the Phalaborwa copper mine. The trip includes nights in Kruger National Park at the Satara and Letaba hutted camps and game drives where it will be possible to see the “Big Five”; elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo and leopard. From the Lowveld region the tour returns via Graskop on the Drakensberg escarpment.
